RETURN POLICY

Thanks for choosing G-VOLT, we appreciate your custom. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund up to 14 days after the product arrives.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days after receiving the product. All returned items must be in an undamaged condition and be in the original packaging.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return process, please email customer service at help@g-volt.shop. All returns must be placed securely in the original packaging and include all contents of the original parcel. Please mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 2 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
