If you experience issues with your product please get in touch with on help@g-volt.shop. Most issues can be fixed through dialogue. Pictures/videos may be required, this will increase our ability to solve the problem. All faulty items must be returned for inspection before a replacement is sent out. Replacement will be equivalent in full working order, this may be a refurbished item. Warranty extends to 12 months or 2000 miles on the motor and battery.
The warranty does not extend to:
Rims & spokes, water damage, accidental damage, modifications / alterations, damage from using the wrong voltage battery.
