27.5" 1000W Electric Bike Conversion Kit

This brand new electric bike conversion kit will turn your every day cycling experience into an exhilarating journey riding at speeds of over 30mph. Battery and conversion kit are sold separately.

The kit is easily installed on to your bike following the instruction manual provided. Basic tools and mechanical knowledge will be required but G-VOLT support will always be here if any advice is needed.

G-VOLT kits come with waterproof connections and a high spec LCD display screen (SW900) which shows you your speed, battery life, mileage, trip mileage, mode and current power consumption.

A complete pedal assist system is included in the package however it is also a comfortable and fun ride when used without as a twist and go. The smart controller supports batteries of 36V and 48V but we recommend 48V to maximise riding experience.

The power modes are easily limited to suit rider capability and route type. Due to the high power capabilities of the motor this product is for off road use only.

OPTIONAL TORQUE ARM

Torque arms are more commonly used on high power motors from around 1500W upwards and can be a handy device for customers who are converting bikes with small dropout sections on the frame. They are designed to grip the axel to the frame and add rigidity.
